Video Portfolio

 FoodNotes* is an online series that I and the 2 hosts/co-producers created from scratch at PBS Reno. You'll see several episodes throughout this page. It was a huge endeavor that has won 5 awards with just 1 season. It combines most of my content creation talents. I was the lead producer who organized the content and coordinated with the guests. I was a director helping guide the hosts along the interview. I was a videographer helping capture footage inside the fast paced kitchen. I was the graphics editor, doing the research and finding interesting ways to present the culturally important information in the most appropriate way. 

Of course there was an entre team of creators that made this happen, but it's a highlight in my career so far because of the sheer amount of effort and energy I put into it for several years. 

I've been hired many times to cover events and create promotional videos for future events with the footage I've captured. Not only will I attend the event and capture as much as possible, but I believe that the organization should have that raw footage for them to use as they see fit. 

For this particular video I was asked by a Reno non-profit to capture their Neutral Ground events that were funded by a city grant. This video was meant to show the city the impact the grant had on the community that this non-profit serves.
